Wish you could escape your day-to-day life and vacation with your horse and experience what it’s like to train out of one of the best equine facilities in the country? Clinton is letting horsemen haul in to the Downunder Horsemanship Ranch to stay overnight and train their horses using his world-class arenas, obstacle course and trails. You can even take lessons with Certified Clinicians by the hour or rent a Signature Horse to ride.

Whether you want to spend just a day at the ranch or make it your home away from home so you can watch and participate in clinics, we’ve got a package that’s right for you.

Pay by the day
$150/night for the first seven nights, and $100/night for each additional night. If you don’t use an RV hookup and just need a run for your horse, the fee is $112.50/day.

Pay by the month
$3,000/month.

Sign a 6-month contract
$2,500/month, paid monthly. Come and go as you please, and you’re permitted to stay even through blackout dates, which means you may watch any ranch clinic during your stay free of charge. You’re also able to participate in any clinic during your stay for half price.
