Our second Walkabout Tour of the year takes place this weekend at the Murieta Equestrian Center in Rancho Murieta, California. Clinton and our Professional Clinicians will work with local horses as well as Clinton’s performance horses in a variety of training demonstrations. The demonstrations cover everything from how to safely start a colt under saddle to re-training a horse with behavioral issues to advanced maneuvers for the show pen.

Saturday Schedule:
9:00 – 12:00 Colt Starting, Part One
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch
1:00 – 2:30 Training on the Trail
2:30 – 3:15 Break
3:15 – 4:45 Training a Performance Horse

Sunday Schedule:
9:00 – 10:30 Colt Starting, Part Two
10:30 – 11:00 Break
11:00 – 12:00 Gaining Respect and Control on the Ground

Joining us this weekend as our Ritchie Charity nonprofit group is Path to Hope Therapeutic Riding Center. The organization was founded in 2019 by Gabrielle Godinho and provides equine assisted services to its community. Path to Hope will run the Ball Toss and keep all funds it raises to support their cause.

While the tour’s main focus is on instruction and inspiring horsemen to achieve their goals, there’s plenty of fun and a lot of giveaways thrown in the mix. By the end of the tour, Clinton will hand out his entire library as well as his most popular training equipment and tools. Our sponsors are generous as well, always surprising the audience with fun raffles. When it’s all said and done, over $9,000 in prizes and giveaways are handed out throughout the event.

For a complete rundown of the weekend’s schedule, visit our website. Tickets are $25 for the weekend and will be available at the event.

Please note that the Murieta Equestrian Center is charging $10 to park at their facility.
