Ten’s First Dirt-Road Training Session

0204_01

In the February No Worries Club exclusive, Professional Clinician Diego Gaona and his colt Ten head down the dirt road for the first time together. Prior to the training session, Ten had been ridden 11 times and had never been taken out of the arena. The colt isn’t as forward moving as the other two horses in the series and Diego has to encourage him to keep loping to get down the road. Along with building Ten’s confidence about riding outside of an arena, Diego also works on exercises such as Bending Transitions, Yield and Bend, and Vertical Flexion at the Standstill.
